Management by Objectives (MBO). This process involves the recognition of merit in relation to collective and individual goal achievement, fixed for the year of reference.

 

Performance Management. It is the process, which evaluates the role covered.

 

Training & Development

Neo G pharma identifies professional growth paths to bridge the current and future training needs, in line with Company strategy. Based on the annual assessment of role covering and of potential, we propose training activities aimed to increase technical skills and improve management skills.

 

The selection process of applications

The Team dedicated to recruitment evaluates each application with care and attention. The selection process includes an initial interview with HR professionals where skills and experiences of the candidate are evaluated as well as adherence to the Neo G pharma values. The next step requires the involvement of Line Manager who considers the coherence of the application compared to profile researched. Neo G pharma, with maximum transparency, sends a feedback of the interview to all candidates who took part to the selection process.
